For the comfort and safety of everyone, mandated health regulations must be followed by the artists, staff, volunteers and patrons.  All persons purchasing tickets acknowledge that the Dr. J. M. Ennis Auditorium is located inside Centennial Secondary School owned by the District School Board of Niagara (“DSBN”).  In the event that the venue is not available due to government order or regulation, or policy/rule of the DSBN in any way related directly or indirectly to health issues or other public emergency, the Welland-Port Colborne Concert Association will cancel concerts and full refunds will be made. All ticket sales are otherwise final and non-refundable. All ticketholders voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury, illness, loss or damage to property arising from or related in any way to their attendance at the venue, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event, and do release and hold harmless the Welland-Port Colborne Concert Association and the DSBN from all liability. Admission to the venue is conditional upon each ticketholder complying with all applicable law and DSBN rules and regulations. Any violation shall allow the Welland-Port Colborne Concert Association to refuse admission to or expel the ticketholder without refund or compensation.

To our Valued Patrons…

Anyone requiring assistance with seating due to disability, including hearing, please come to the auditorium door early, by 6:15 pm (1:15 pm for Matinees), to be seated before the doors open at 6:30 pm (matinees 1:30 pm).

Please be careful to observe all parking signs in the lot and don’t block entrances or exits.  The city will ticket your car and we would like you to enjoy all of your evening!

For your own enjoyment, and the enjoyment of patrons around you, please remember some guidelines of concert etiquette.  Talking, coughing, humming or unwrapping candies may disturb the performers as well as fellow patrons.  We also ask that you be considerate of those in the audience who may have allergies to cologne, hair spray and perfume. Please be sure, before you enter the auditorium, that pagers, cell phones and watches do not sound during a performance. Cameras, flash devices, video cameras and other recording devices are strictly prohibited in the auditorium.

Late comers should wait until an appropriate break in the performance to be seated.

For your safety:

Due to safety concerns, please remain at your seats both at intermission and at the end of the concert until the house lights are turned up.

St. John’s Ambulance is now present at all our concerts. If you require medical assistance, please got to the back row of the main floor (at the top of the ramp) for assistance from an usher.
